How to Pray for Care Net
In his letter to the Philippian church,
the apostle Paul tells us, “Do not be anxious about anything,
but in everything, by prayer and petition, with
thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace
of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your
hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7)
Your prayers are essential and
foundational to the ministry of Care Net. God uses your
prayers to empower us as we work against the powers and
principalities that seek to destroy lives through abortion
and sexual immorality. He uses your prayers to enlighten us
as He brings us to understand His mind, way and will. And
He uses your prayers to equip us as we seek to overcome our
inadequacies. Please take the time to pray for us
specifically in the following ways on the following days.
Sunday – pray for
the people to whom we minister through all the services
provided at the Center. Pray for more at-risk women and
teens to come to the Center.
Monday – pray that
each member of our staff, Board and volunteers would pursue
a vital and disciplined spiritual life.
Tuesday – pray for
our protection from those who seek to undermine our work.
Wednesday – pray
that God would equip us for each area in which we minister.
Thursday – pray for
our financial and material needs, that God would provide for
them all.
Friday – pray for
our future planning as we seek to be sensitive to God’s
leading.
Saturday – pray for
the families of our Center’s staff, Board and volunteers.
